Users View

SOTI Identity account administrators can add new users and perform other actions on them from the Users view. In the Admin Console, open the main menu and select Users.

The Users view is divided into several sections.

Use the top menu to select a directory source, choose either the users or groups view, search the list and add new users.

SOTI Identity creates a default My Company user group but you can add your own user groups.

The center section lists all the users (in the active filter). Users are visible in the list as soon as you add them to SOTI Identity. You can click on column headers to sort the users. The Status column indicates the status of each user: Active, Inactive or Blocked. Blocked occurs if a user exceeds the number of allowed login attempts. The Last Login Date column reflects that last time the user logged into any SOTI ONE application.

In the upper right corner, you can search for users by name or add new users, directory users/groups, or IdP user groups.

You can perform the following actions on a selected user:

  • Edit
  • Unlock
  • Activate
  • Deactivate
  • Reset Password
  • Delete
Note: If you select multiple users at once, only the Unlock, Activate, Deactivate, and Delete actions are available.
