Device Settings

Communication settings in the Live Support Chat container are configurable to the support technician's local hardware.

Chat configuration options

To update device settings, select More and update the following options:
Note: Your web browser may inform you that SOTI XSight requires access to your microphone and camera. Select Allow.
Device Description
Camera Select the active camera from a list of connected cameras.
Microphone Select the active microphone from a list of connected microphones.
