View Logs

About this task

Use logs to review SOTI Identity events, such as user logins, configuration changes and failed actions.

To view system logs for your account:


  1. In the SOTI Identity Admin Console, open the main menu in the top left and select Account Settings.
  2. Click Logs to open the Logs view.


Each system event is shown in a separate row of the Logs list. Events are arranged by date and can be sorted by toggling the Date/Time column head.

For events with longer messages, click More to reveal additional text.

Tip: Use the search field to find specific log events quickly.
