Add an App Provisioning Policy

About this task

Create a policy for External IDP directory to arrange the assignment of applications based on user attributes.

Procedure

  1. In the SOTI Identity console, open the main menu and select Policies.
  2. Select New Policy > Application Provisioning. The New App Provisioning Policy wizard opens.
  3. Enter a name and description for the policy.

  4. Select Next.
  5. Select an external directory for which this policy applies.

  6. Add conditions for user attributes. Press Enter to confirm the condition.

  7. Select Next.
  8. Choose an application and role.

  9. Select Add.

Results

SOTI Identity assigns the application with the selected role to any user fulfilling the conditions.
