Incident Settings

This page enables you to specify incident view and workflow settings.

Resolution Note required when resolving an incident Select this option to require users to add a final note when changing the status type of an incident to Resolved.
Allow changing reporter on open incidents Select this option to enable changing the incident reporter when the incident status is Open.
Hide Send Script for Non-Administrators Select this option to show the Send Script menu item on the remote control page only if you are logged into SOTI Assist as an administrator.
