Creating an Incident In SOTI MobiControl
In SOTI MobiControl, you can create an incident either from a device or during a web-based remote control session.
To create an incident from a device:

Select the device in the devices list and click the Report Incident action button.
You can also open the Device Information panel for the device and click the Report Incident action button.
To create an incident during a web-based remote control session:

Click the Embed In New/Existing Incident link at the top right corner and select Embed In a New Incident from the drop-down list.
You can also link your remote control session to an existing incident by clicking the Embed In New/Existing Incident link at the top right corner, entering search details about the existing incident, and selecting the incident from the search results.
