Wallpaper

Use the Wallpaper profile configuration to apply a wallpaper image across all of your managed Android devices. This is useful for applying and maintaining consistent branding and for preventing users from changing the wallpaper on their devices.

Separate wallpaper images can be used for the Lock screen and the Home screen on Android devices running Nougat or above. Devices running versions below Nougat will have a single wallpaper image for both Lock and Home screens, even if the device user has set a different wallpaper for the Lock screen.

Note: For Samsung ELM, the user can set separate wallpaper images on the Home and Lock screens even for devices having Android version less than Nougat.

The ability to restrict users from changing the wallpaper only works on Samsung ELM and AE agents for devices running Android version Nougat or above. This feature is not supported on Android Classic agents.
