Enabling User-Defined Tags
About this task
To enable non-administrators to define new tags in the Incident Details view, select the Allow User-Defined Tags to Be Created On the Incident Page option.
This section displays tags created by administrators and non-administrators in the
Tag field of the Incident Details view.
