Settings

Administrator users can configure and change the followingSOTI XSight settings:

• System Administrator: Use the System Administrator page to define the System Administrators role.
• Integrating SOTI XSight and SOTI MobiControl: Use these settings to integrate SOTI XSight with SOTI MobiControl.
• Incident Management Groups: Use these settings to configure your incident management groups.
• Tags: Use these settings to create and manage tags for incident management.
• Enabling Chat Services: Use these settings to manage chat support.
• Data Collection: Use these settings to configure when data is collected from devices by the SOTI XSight agent.
• Privacy: Use these settings to manage data privacy of users and incidents.
