SOTI XSight

The SOTI XSight tab enables you to see a list of incidents that have been created for the device in SOTI XSight.

Note: This tab is only displayed if SOTI XSight has been integrated with your SOTI Connect instance.

To create a new incident for the device in SOTI XSight, click New Incident to open the Create SOTI XSight Ticket dialog.
