Auto-enroll Devices into SOTI Snap

This procedure requires the involvement of your SOTI MobiControl administrator.
About this task
Follow the steps below to auto-enroll SOTI MobiControl enrolled
devices into SOTI Snap in one of two ways:
Using a Configuration Token for iOS

About this task
To automatically enroll iOS devices using a configuration token, follow the steps below:
Procedure

Select Enroll using MobiControl. The Enroll
using MobiControl window opens.
- Select iOS as the agent operating system for the device(s) you are enrolling. Copy the Configuration token.

Select Close. Select OK.
Note: The remaining actions occur inSOTI MobiControl with the assistance of the SOTI MobiControl administrator.
- From the SOTI MobiControl main menu, select .

Select New App
Policy. The Create App Policy window opens.
Select the platform for the device(s) you are enrolling.
- From General, select App Policy Name and provide a name for your policy.
- Select Apps, then select Add.
- From App Source, select Enterprise.
- Select Browse File to locate and upload your app.

Select Configure. The Advanced
Configurations window opens.
- From Managed App Config, select Application Configuration. Paste the configuration token, and select Save.
- Select Save and Assign. The Assign dialog box opens. Define the policy assignment rules and assign the policy to target devices. See Assign (App Policy) for SOTI MobiControl.
- From your iOS device, open the SOTI MobiControl Agent. From the Application Catalog, locate the SOTI Snap application and tap Free. The SOTI Snap application loads and the device is auto-enrolled.
Using the Most Recent SOTI Snap
.apk Build
About this task
You need a copy of the most recent .apk build of the SOTI Snap agent. The Android device used must be enrolled in SOTI MobiControl and have the SOTI Snap agent installed.
