Android Classic Profile Configurations
Important: These profile configurations are designed for Android devices enrolled with OEM-specific device agents. See Android Plus Profile Configurations for profile configurations for other Android Plus device types.
Always make sure that you select the correct device type when you create new profiles. Available profile configurations differ depending on the selected type.
Security
| Configuration | Description |

| Antivirus Protection | Enables antivirus protection on your devices. |
| Authentication | Enforces administrator and user password policies. |
| Certificates | Distributes digital certificates to your devices. |
| File Encryption | Activates encryption to protect files stored on your devices and, where applicable, their SD cards. |
| Out of Contact | Determines an automatic action that occurs when a device has not connected to the deployment server in a specified amount of time. |
