Analyzing Device Logs
About this task
To view event logs for a device:
Procedure
- Click a device name to open its Device Information panel.
- Switch to the Logs tab.
- Review the logs. You can filter the logs by using the date drop-downs under Log Range or clicking the green checkmarks under each log type or log source. Click Apply to filter the logs.
Results
You can also download device logs to a .log file. Click the Download Log Files button in the top right corner.
