Viewing a Workflow Designer Snapshot

About this task

With SOTI Snap, you can review earlier workflow versions and step through changes to your workflow. Seeing prior versions allows you to pinpoint when changes were made or decide if you should revisit them. To view the workflow of any version of your app, do the following:

Procedure

  1. Select the Apps tab. The App Manager opens, showing available apps.
  2. Beside your app, select More > Version. The Version History of [Your_app_name_here] window opens, showing a list of application versions.

  3. Next to the desired version, select More > Workflow Designer Snapshot. The Workflow Designer Snapshot window opens.

  4. Inspect the workflow. Select Close when complete.
