System Requirements for the SOTI Apps Server Extension

Review the requirements below to ensure a smooth installation of the SOTI apps server extension. You must have administrator rights on the machine.

Server Compatibility

The server must be configured as described in Setting up Your WebDAV Server and have an Enterprise Resource Gateway installed

The SOTI apps server extension is compatible with the 64-bit version of the following servers:

Windows Server 2008
Windows Server 2008 R2
Windows Server 2012
Windows Server 2012 R2

The server must be accessible through a public IP and have both .NET Framework 4.5.1 and the SOTI MobiControl Root Certificate installed.

Install .NET Framework 4 or later after configuring IIS as described at Setting Up a WebDAV Server.

Install ASP.NET 4.5 or later after configuring IIS as described at Setting Up a WebDAV Server.

On IIS, ensure that your application pool is version 4.0 and the application pool identity is set to LocalSystem .
