Using Live Support

Live Support for SOTI XSight offers two different interactions, depending on the user. Support technicians use Live Support to communicate with SOTI XSight users through live chat. Device users can join a Live Support session initiated by a support technician but cannot start their own.

The support technician initiates Live Support with the device user through SOTI XSight or SOTI MobiControl (V15.7+), and the device user responds through the SOTI XSight agent on their mobile device.
