Changing a User Password

To change a user's SOTI Connect password:

  1. On the menu bar, click the main menu button and select User Security.
    The User Security view opens.
  2. In the left pane, select View All Users.
  3. In the right pane, click the selection button next to the user whose password you want to change.
    The user action bar appears.
  4. On the user action bar, click the Change button.
    The Change Password dialog box opens.
  5. In the Change Password dialog box, enter and confirm the new password.
  6. Click OK to close the Change Password dialog box.

The user's SOTI Connect password has now been changed.
