Viewing Device Information

You can view the information about a device by opening its device information panel. As well as providing information about the device, this panel enables you to:
  • Manage rules and notes applied to the device
  • See the data that has been collected about the device
  • See the incidents that have been created for the device in SOTI Assist, and create new incidents
  • Perform actions on the device

To view the information about a device:

  1. On the menu bar, click the main menu button and select Devices.
    The Devices view opens.
  2. In the left pane, select the device group that contains the device you want to get information about.
    The devices in the selected group appear in the right pane.
  3. In the right pane, click the device name of the device you want to get information about.
    The device information panel opens.
