Deleting an Incident

About this task

The type of incidents you are allowed to delete depends on your role in SOTI Assist.

  • If you are an administrator, you can delete any incident.
  • If you are not an administrator, you can delete only those incidents that you created that have not yet been submitted (that is, your incidents that are in Draft status).

To delete an incident from SOTI Assist:

Procedure

  1. On the incident list page, find the incident you want to delete. When you have found it, click on the incident to open it.
    The incident details page opens.
  2. At the top of the incident details page, click Delete.
    A confirmation message box appears.
  3. In the confirmation message box, click the Delete button.

Results

The incident is deleted from SOTI Assist.
