Generating a Custom Data Collection Report

About this task

To generate a custom data collection report:

Note: Available report types differ across platforms.

Procedure

  1. From the SOTI MobiControl web console main menu, select Reports.
  2. In the left pane, select Device Reports (Flat View) under Report Categories.
  3. Select Custom Data Collection.
    The report details appear in the right pane.
  4. In the right pane, select Generate Now. Configure the report's parameters:
    1. Enter a Custom Data Name.
    2. Select the required report format from the Report Format field.
    3. Select a Report Period.
    4. Select the appropriate device group from the Report On field.
  5. Select Generate.

Results

You have generated a custom data collection report. To download the report, go to the Report Generation Queue.
