Synching E-FOTA License Details
About this task
You should periodically synchronize the details of your Samsung Knox E-FOTA license between E-FOTA servers and SOTI MobiControl to ensure they stay up-to-date and that you have the latest device count.
To sync E-FOTA license details:
Procedure
- Open the main menu and select Global Settings.
- Click the ? button in the upper right corner and select E-FOTA License Manager from the dropdown list to open the E-FOTA License Manager dialog box.
- Select a license and click Sync.
- Repeat for the rest of your licenses.
Results
SOTI MobiControl will fetch the latest device count and an updated expiry date for the selected license key from Samsung Knox E-FOTA servers. Once successful, the device count will update in SOTI MobiControl.
You can see a log message for the operation in the Logs section of Global Settings.
