Removing SOTI Identity as an Identity Provider
Before you begin
Ensure that
- The Enable SSO option in the Console Security Settings global setting is not selected.
Read Disabling Single Sign On with SOTI Identity for more information.
- No devices are currently assigned users using SOTI Identity as their identity provider (IDP)
About this task
Note: Once you remove SOTI Identity as an IDP, you can no longer use it for user management in SOTI MobiControl.
To remove SOTI Identity as an IDP:
Procedure
- Open the Main Menu and select Global Settings.
- Under Global Settings, click the wrench icon beside Identity Provider Configuration to open the Identity Provider Configuration dialog box.
- On the SOTI Identity tab, click Delete to remove SOTI Identity from SOTI MobiControl.
Results
You can no longer use SOTI Identity as an IDP.

Log into the SOTI Identity console and delete this application from SOTI Identity.
