Repairing the SOTI Apps Server Extension

Before you begin

Ensure that your system meets the System Requirements for the SOTI Apps Server Extension.

About this task

To fix installation errors such as missing or corrupt files, shortcuts, and registry entries:

Procedure

Navigate to the SOTI apps server extension installation file on your server.
Right-click on the installation file, setup.exe, and select Run as Administrator to open the SOTI apps server extension installation wizard.
Click Next to go to the Maintenance options screen.
Select Repair and click Next.
Enter any missing or incorrect information into the fields of the installer and click Next.
Review the updated installation details and click Repair.
Once the wizard notifies you that the repair is successful, click Finish.
