About this task
You can set SOTI MobiControl to automatically delete devices that have not connected to SOTI MobiControl in longer than the specified interval. Deleting a device removes it from SOTI MobiControl management.
To automatically delete devices based on the last time they connected to SOTI MobiControl:
Procedure

Select Global Settings from the main menu.

Under Global Settings, click the wrench icon beside Configure Archiving to open the Configure Logging and Alerts Maintenance dialog box.

Enable the Delete devices which are offline more than option and specify an interval after which offline devices should be deleted. Enter a value and choose a time period from the dropdown list. The offline devices are deleted during nightly maintenance after the specified interval.
- Optional:
Enable the Permanently delete devices from database when devices deleted from Web Console option.
This option removes all records of a device from the SOTI MobiControl database once it is deleted from the console. Turn on this option to comply with privacy laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If this option is not enabled, device records are maintained in the database and will be re-associated with the device if it is ever re-enrolled.

Click OK to save your changes.
Results
Applicable devices will be deleted as part of nightly maintenance.
