The MobiControl Helpdesk subsystem includes screen capture and video recording functionality. These tools can be used to document problems and/or to create application documentation. The MobiControl screen capture functionality can capture screen images in BMP, JPG, and GIF file formats. The Video Capture functionality can create Video recordings in AVI format.

When hard to reproduce problems are detected, support staff can use the Video Recording tool to create a visual step by step recording of the sequence of steps needed to re-produce the problem and then email the recording to the appropriate people.
