An integral part of the MobiControl Remote Control/Helpdesk suite of tools is the Remote Task Manager tool. This tool allows support staff to view a list of the various applications and processes currently running on the mobile device. In addition to viewing the list of running processes, advanced process specific functionality is available by right clicking on a particular process in the Task Manager window. These process specific functions include the ability to view detailed information about a process or to kill/stop a process.

The picture above shows the processes running on the mobile device that is currently connected to. The Process Details dialog shown below allows users to view detailed information about a specific process.
