Turn Up the Heat Reseller Incentive Program- Terms and Conditions

  1. Only SOTI authorized resellers (“SOTI Partner”) based in the United States of America, who are in good financial standing with SOTI, and under a valid reseller agreement and formally invited by SOTI to participate are eligible to participate in the SOTI Turn Up the Heat Reseller Incentive Program (“Reseller Incentive Program”).  Reseller Incentive Program participation is subject to SOTI’s sole approval and verification of participation eligibility.
  2. For the purposes of this Reseller Incentive Program “Add-On’ shall mean the purchase of additional SOTI MobiControl licenses to an existing deployment instance and “New Business” shall mean the purchase of SOTI MobiControl licenses on a new deployment instance. This criterion shall be captured in the sales quote issued by SOTI.
  3. It is the responsibility of each SOTI Partner to confirm that participation in the Reseller Incentive Program does not violate or is inconsistent with any government laws, business charters or terms of employment.
  4. SOTI Partner acknowledges that you have read the full Terms and Conditions and understand the rights, obligations, terms and conditions set forth herein, and will comply with all related laws and regulations.
  5. SOTI’s decision to allow or refuse benefits to a SOTI Partner under the Reseller Incentive Program is final. The SOTI Partner waives all claims in contract, tort or common law against SOTI and its affiliates, where SOTI denies or withholds benefits.
  6. SOTI Partner agrees to receive electronic communications for the purpose of providing information on the Reseller Incentive Program and associated Reseller Incentive Program promotions. These promotional communications are not to be confused with automatically generated electronic communications to confirm earning activities within the Reseller Incentive Program.
  7. SOTI and its affiliates respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.   8. SOTI reserves the right to review, modify, extend or discontinue any and/or all aspects of the Reseller Incentive Program at any time without notice.
  9. Neither SOTI, nor SOTI Partner will incur liability to the other for claims arising solely out of the cancellation of this Reseller Incentive Program. Except as provided in this document, all other terms of any agreements that SOTI Resellers may have with SOTI shall remain in full force and effect.
  10. This Reseller Incentive Program is subject to the laws of the Province of Ontario.


Reward Registration

  1. Partner shall be provided with qualification criteria to enter the Reseller Incentive Program, including minimum thresholds and targets for license Add-ons and New Business (Assigned Targets).
  2. SOTI Partner purchase orders or signed quotes must be received and accepted by SOTI no later than January 30, 2018 at 5:00 PM EST (“Order Deadline”) to be eligible for the Reseller Incentive Program.
  3. Only when SOTI Partner reaches their Assigned Target, SOTI shall offer a 3% future credit on all Add-On orders processed by SOTI up to and including the Order Deadline.
  4. Only when SOTI Partner reaches their Assigned Target, SOTI shall offer a 4% future credit on all New Business orders processed by SOTI up to and including the Order Deadline.
  5. SOTI shall fulfill the conditions of this Reseller Incentive Program, by way of providing SOTI Partner with a credit note on its account after the Order Deadline date.
  6. Quotes generated under this Reseller Incentive Program shall expire at the Order Deadline.
  7. Sales received by SOTI after the Order Deadline do not qualify, even when those sales are delayed by product availability, invoicing processes or customer decision. The sale date is determined by the date printed on the SOTI Partner purchase order or signed quote.
  8. Sales to other authorized SOTI resellers, brokers, or non-authorized resellers are not eligible for Reseller Incentive Program awards, regardless of intended use of the product.
  9. Only contractual sales that are one year (12 months) or longer qualify for the reward under New Sales.
