Job Title: Technical Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Internal Sales Representatives and Subject Matter Experts to identify and successfully close enterprise sales.
  • Manage and maintain enterprise end user relationships and product sales opportunities.
  • Develop accounts to gain market share from competitors.
  • Work with account team to quote, price and negotiate deals with customers.
  • Provide consultative telephone sales and support to customers.
  • Present technical product information to customers.
  • Proactively pursue business solutions in the Mobile Device Management solution to customers.
  • Drive growth and deliver booking goals for the SOTI business unit.
  • Work closely with SOTI's Director of Sales and Strategic Account Managers to ensure they are well equipped to win business.
  • Engage with all aspects of SOTI, to ensure customer satisfaction and continued preference.
  • Create awareness, understanding and preference for SOTI to increase success in MDM business.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree or Technical diploma with equivalent experience
  • 2 - 5 years related industry experience
  • Strong development and delivery of presentations
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Solid negotiation and sales abilities
  • Effective interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated and innovative
  • Ability to work in team environment
  • Entrepreneurial work ethic
  • Valid driver's license, as frequent travel is required

Nice to have Skills:

  • Mobile industry experience a big plus
  • Software development background
  • Knowledge of software technologies such as networking and databases
